We enjoyed this bus tour!

We had a great time on this bus tour of New Orleans. We cruised around for two hours with a couple of stops. The driver provided us with interesting information about the city and the places we drove by.
He mentioned some factoids about the horrible hurricane named Katrina that hit New Orleans back in 2005. We drove by the place where the levy was breached and the water flooded parts of the city. It’s still an awful thing to hear about, 20 years later.
One of the stops was at the Masonic Cemetery. I took a few photos that you can see above and below. It was very well maintained and it looked good, for a cemetery. LOL! Do you see any ghosts in the photos?
Another stop was at Cafe Du Monde in the City Park, not the real busy one near the French Quarter. We had time for a cup of coffee and a couple beignets. People have been doing that here since 1862, their website says. You almost need a bib to keep the powdered sugar off of the front of your shirt.
