The Travel Agent Forum was held in the Convention Center halfway between The Paris Hotel and the Horseshoe Hotel. Last year we stayed at The Paris Hotel, and you can read about it on that page.
Last week we stayed at The Horseshoe Hotel because Sharon had complimentary rooms for those dates. It doesn’t get any better than that. We had to pay the daily resort fee and that was it. Nothing was paid for our room. The 24th floor we received was an upgrade because we asked for a high floor.
Our room was fabulous for The Travel Agent Forum. It was a King size bedroom with a sofa bed and a chair with the usual desk and chair as well. It had a great view of the block behind the Strip and the Sphere was fascinating to watch it change constantly.
I zoomed in on the High Roller and the Sphere for a couple photos out of our window. I liked this view – it was a view that we never had before. There were very few tall neighboring buildings to block our view.
I forgot to take some pictures of the room before we messed it up with our stuff, so perhaps next time. I did manage to get some photos of the outside of the hotel. It used to be Bally’s and it’s different now.
I really enjoyed staying here because of it’s central location on the Strip. We went through Paris and towards Miracle Mile Mall. We also went out the front door of Horseshoe and crossed the street to reach the Strip going the other way.
